Community Guidelines

GayMap exists to help the community find spaces and each other. A few rules keep it usable and safe:

Be real

Use recent photos of yourself if you add one. Don't impersonate anyone else.

Consent & respect

No means no, in chat, DMs, and in person. Don't share screenshots of private conversations or anyone else's photos without their consent. Harassment gets you removed.

Zero tolerance

Content involving minors is illegal and will be reported to relevant authorities immediately. This is non-negotiable.

Place submissions

Keep place info (hours, address, description) accurate and current. Cruising and outdoor locations should be described respectfully — the goal is useful information, not explicit content. Places are reviewed before going live; misleading or fake submissions will be rejected.

If something's wrong

Use the Report button on a profile, place, or chat message. You can also block anyone — they won't be able to message you, and you won't see their public chat messages.
